Privacy Policy
Last updated: Draft — pending board review
Dtransfer Fellowship ("the Fellowship," "we," "us") is committed to collecting the minimum information necessary to serve you, and to protecting it carefully. This is a draft policy pending formal board approval.
What we collect
Account information you provide (name, email, and date of birth for age-appropriate access), content you post in community spaces, and donation records if you give through the platform. We do not collect more than we need to serve you well.
How we protect it
Staff and volunteer accounts with administrative access require multi-factor authentication. Access to donor records, prayer requests, and any information involving minors is limited to those who need it for their role. Data is never stored on personal devices outside our approved systems.
Payments
We never see or store your card or bank details. Giving is processed entirely by Stripe and Paystack on their own secure, PCI-compliant systems.
If something goes wrong
In the event of a data breach, our team follows a defined response protocol: preserve evidence, restrict access, notify leadership, determine scope, consult counsel, and notify affected individuals as required by law.
