Privacy Policy

This policy covers Dtransfer Fellowship ("we," "us") at https://www.dtransferfellowship.com. We collect only what we need to run teaching, discipleship, events, and email-arranged giving.

What we collect

Information you give us: name and email for an account; date of birth when you apply for online discipleship; event registration details; messages you post in cohort or community chat; contact or giving emails you send us. Technical data needed to run the site: session cookies for sign-in, and a small cookie that remembers Gospel listening standing when you use the giving path. If you allow notifications, we store a browser push subscription endpoint and keys so we can send gathering reminders, notices about newly published teaching, and home announcements. When someone opens a published article, or uses Print article, we add to a count of reads and downloads and may record an approximate city, state, and country from the connection. We do not store the network address, and we do not store the person's name with that count. Only a Super Admin can see the counts and places. The place can be wrong when a phone uses a mobile network or a private connection. Your information stays with us for ministry use.

How we use it

To operate accounts, place and support cohorts, host events, send the gathering reminders, teaching notices, and announcements you opted into, moderate group chat, answer messages, and arrange or record gifts. Team members with backroom access must use multi-factor authentication. Access to sensitive records is limited to people who need it for their role.

Giving

Zelle is the primary public way to give after Gospel standing and affirmations. Email is available for questions. Card checkout stays closed until we intentionally open it. Full bank account and routing numbers are not published on this site.

Processors

We use service providers (including hosting and database services) to run the site. They process data only to provide those services to us.

Retention and requests

We keep information while your account is active and as needed for ministry, legal, and financial records. To ask about access or deletion, email dtransferfellowship@gmail.com or use the Contact page. We may retain what the law requires.

Security and incidents

We take reasonable steps to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. If a breach requires notice under applicable law, we will provide it.
