Safeguarding Policy

The safety of every person we serve, especially minors, guides how we design and operate this platform. This policy is in effect for the public site.

No private messaging

There is no one-on-one private messaging feature anywhere on this platform. All conversation happens in group rooms that are visible to a leader or moderator.

Age-appropriate access

Our teaching library (articles, videos, audio, and books) is free and open to all ages. Account creation, discipleship cohorts, and community chat rooms are currently limited to adults 18 and older.

Transparent communication

Any communication involving a minor, in any future feature, will be transparent, non-secretive, and visible to a parent or guardian — never exclusive or hidden.

External community groups

WhatsApp and Facebook group invites on this site are limited to registered online disciples (adults 18+). Those groups support the local church; they are not a substitute for in-app Community and cohort rooms, and we do not offer one-on-one private messaging on this platform. If something concerning happens in an off-site group, report it through this site’s Contact page or the in-app report feature so it stays on record.

Reporting a concern

If you ever feel unsafe or witness concerning behavior, please use the report feature in the relevant room or contact us directly through our Contact page. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number first.
