What this ministry is

We are a discipleship ministry that offers free teaching and closed adult cohorts. We walk beside your local church and leave membership, sacraments, and pastoral discipline with them. Prayer and discipleship conversations are spiritual care within this fellowship; licensed counseling, medical, psychological, and legal help remain with those professions. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services first.

Voluntary discipleship

Personal and group discipleship with Dtransfer Fellowship, including online cohorts and conversations with our leaders and team, is entered into freely and may be ended freely by you or by us at any time. Participation is voluntary fellowship alongside your local church, and is separate from employment, professional services contracts, licensed counseling, medical care, or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the United States, Canada, Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and any other country from which you join or participate, you release and hold harmless Dtransfer Fellowship, its Board, leaders, and team from claims arising from ordinary discipleship relationships and ministry conversations conducted in good faith within the bounds of applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law forbids such a limit (including fraud, willful misconduct, or safeguarding duties we cannot waive).

Accounts and conduct

Keep your login secure. Cohort and community chat are moderated group rooms visible to a leader. Please treat others with respect, follow the law, and stay within our Statement of Faith. We may suspend or end access for violations or to protect people on the platform.

Content

Teaching and materials we publish remain ours (or our licensors'). You may use them for personal discipleship. Please ask us in writing before republishing or selling them. Content you post in chat may be reviewed by the team for moderation and safeguarding.

Giving

Gifts are voluntary. You may give online (Stripe), by Zelle to the ministry account, or by check. Gifts are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. See Give for how offerings are used.

Availability

We provide the site as available. Features may change. To the fullest extent the law allows, liability for downtime, lost data, or indirect damages stays limited as permitted.
