Understanding Jesus’ teaching, Matthew’s exception, and Paul’s instructions: a lawful marriage binds husband and wife while both live.

Three principles I have learned from Scripture: faithfulness in little things, faithfulness with what belongs to another, and faithfulness with money.

God has given a testimony concerning His Son. We are called to believe it, live by it, and pass it on without turning aside from Jesus Christ.

From John 8, a call to the Body of Christ: receive the mercy of Jesus without rejecting His command to leave sin, and refuse religious stones that condemn others while excusing our own darkness. A coded truth: J8711.

Thinking out loud on salvation, eternal security, and faith in relation to the whole man: holding biblical assurance and biblical warning together in the keeping work of the Triune God.

If you have begun to believe that the flesh must always rule you, bring that conclusion before the gospel. The sin you fear is not greater than the saving help God has provided. Look to Christ. Receive His Word. Take the next step of obedience in dependence upon His Spirit.

Ministry, from the Greek word diakonia, means service rendered for the benefit of another. In the New Testament, ministry is not primarily about titles, positions, or platforms, but about serving God and His people through the grace He has given. The Holy Spirit distributes the gifts, the Lord administers the ministries, and God produces the operations (1 Corinthians 12:4–6). Every believer has therefore received something from God that can be ministered to others, whether through preaching, teaching, prayer, encouragement, giving, helping, or meeting practical needs. Ministry is the service of Christ through His people, and its ultimate purpose is “the edifying of the body of Christ” (Ephesians 4:12). We receive from God, serve one another with what we have received, and through that service Christ builds His body and God receives the glory.
